Round components with a textured outside
The retained examples have circular bodies, central openings and textured outer surfaces. Define the bore fit, thickness and outside profile on the drawing, with any flats or other locating features needed in the assembly.
For an automotive component enquiry, provide the aluminum alloy and required finish. Specify whether the request concerns CNC-machined production parts, a 3D-printed prototype for review, or separate stages; the stages need their own requirements.
Fit and appearance details
Include mating-component geometry, quantities and the current revision. Identify critical dimensions, cosmetic faces and inspection criteria for the finished part.
