Parallel fins with mounting holes outside the array
The example has upright fins above a flat base, with fixing openings along the outer edges. Dimension the fin spacing and base thickness from the mounting reference face, and define the hole pattern independently of the fin tips.
Alloy and route for the selected profile
Specify 6061 or 6063 and the required temper. If extrusion is requested, state that route explicitly; the retained sand-casting and CNC parameter does not confirm how this example was produced.
Provide cut length, quantities and any machined contacts. Include finish and inspection criteria for the base, holes and fin clearance. A thermal requirement needs the heat-source contact and operating conditions of the actual assembly, rather than a rating inferred from the fin shape.
