A fin array above mounting flanges with circular openings
The example combines parallel fins, a base and downward-facing mounting regions with holes. Define the fin geometry and the flange interfaces on the same drawing, including the position of the holes relative to the base.
Select one production route for the proposed design
Extrusion and skiving describe different ways of forming fins. Specify the requested route, alloy and temper for review; the generic sand-casting and CNC entry does not establish either method for this part.
Include quantities, finish and any subsequent machining, with inspection dimensions for the mounting flanges and fin spacing. Provide the operating conditions and required thermal verification for the installation. The photograph alone does not establish a skived construction or cooling rating.
