Different fin heights within the installation envelope
The retained example shows a long finned section with changes in fin height across the base. Dimension each fin group and the transitions between them, together with the flat contact face and available installation space.
LED channel requirements
For a custom aluminum extrusion enquiry, state the selected alloy and temper, cut length and mounting details. Show where the LED assembly or channel contacts the profile and identify any drilling or secondary-machined surfaces.
Specify the anodizing requirement, quantities and drawing revision. Include airflow conditions and the thermal design requirement for the actual LED installation, with the dimensions controlling fit and contact.
