Mounting flanges on both sides of the fin field
The dark example has parallel fins between flat side flanges with a series of fixing holes. Dimension the flange widths and hole positions relative to the contact face, including the clearance needed around the fasteners.
Motor installation information
For a motor-related heat sink enquiry, provide the actual motor interface and heat-source layout. State the required aluminum alloy, temper and profile length, with any machined areas and the anodizing specification.
Include the operating-space limits, airflow and thermal requirements. Add quantities and inspection criteria for the mounting pattern and contact surfaces; the photographs alone do not define compatibility with a particular motor.
