Specify the height changes across the fins
The sample has groups of parallel fins with different heights on a common base. Define each fin group, the transition between them and the overall envelope so the profile can be reviewed against the available installation space.
For a 6061 or 6063 aluminum extrusion enquiry, provide the selected alloy and temper, cut length and any secondary-machined areas. Identify the heat-source contact face and the finish or anodizing requirements.
Cooling-space requirements
Include the mounting arrangement, heat-source layout, airflow and thermal design requirement. Mark critical fit dimensions and add quantities and a drawing revision for the custom section review.
