A broad plate over a dense finned section
The example has a wide flat upper face, closely spaced fins below and mounting tabs at the sides. Define the top contact surface, finned cross-section and tab positions as one component, including the holes needed for assembly.
Profile and finish requirements
For a 6000-series aluminum extrusion, state the exact alloy and temper. The retained sand-casting and CNC process field does not independently establish extrusion or the condition of the illustrated part.
Include cut length, quantities and any machined contacts, with the anodizing or other selected finish. Mark inspection dimensions for the plate and tabs. Dense fins do not by themselves establish cooling capacity; provide the heat-source geometry and operating conditions for thermal review.
