Long fins above curved outer channels
The dark profile has lengthwise fins and rounded side regions with internal features visible at the cut end. Define the section as a whole, including fin spacing, wall thickness and the interfaces within those side channels.
Use the section drawing to select 6061 or 6063 aluminum and the required temper. Coordinate the internal channel geometry with the mating parts, then identify the surfaces needing machining after extrusion. The material and interface dimensions are selected for the order.
End processing and finish
Provide the required length and any machined holes, end cuts or contact faces. Include quantities, black-anodizing requirements and inspection dimensions for the mating channels. Similar photographs do not establish a different size or section, and the image does not verify a thermal rating.
