Mounting surfaces above an underside fin bank
The example combines broad flat areas, raised longitudinal walls and fins beneath the central part of the section. Identify the component contact surfaces, edge interfaces and required clearance around the lower fins in the assembly drawing.
For model S2410, extrusion, cutting and machining are listed with 6063-T5 or 6061-T6 aluminum. Specify the alloy, temper, profile length and any holes or end features. Include the required anodized finish, color and quantities, or select another listed finish for review. Provide heat input, airflow and allowable temperatures when assessing the section for a cooling application.
