A central bore within a shaped mounting body
The example has a round opening, split or slotted features and several mounting extensions with holes. Establish the bore axis and reference faces, then locate the holes and outer features from that system.
For a small brass-part enquiry, specify the brass grade and the required turning, milling and drilling. Define the finish and edge conditions at the bore, slots and mating faces.
Assembly and inspection information
