Choose the required frame, strip or shaped component from the green examples. The assortment includes slotted rectangular frames, a curved ribbed strip and a broad pointed form with a handle opening. Their appearance does not establish a complete supplied kit or a verified food, gardening or other application approval.
Specify each geometry and its actual interfaces
Provide individual sections, openings and contact surfaces on controlled drawings. Locate ribs and mounting features from the datums used by the adjoining assembly. Assign separate references and quantities where different components are required, rather than treating a shared image as a common engineering definition.
- Select each frame, curved strip or shaped part.
- Define frame slots or curved-strip mating contacts.
- Choose actual resin grade and required condition.
- Specify color reference and matt appearance.
- Agree dimensional and application acceptance records.
Select material and secondary processing
PA66, PP, ABS and PC are material options for the custom molding enquiry. State the exact formulation for each component and define any required material documentation. Identify cutting or painting only where needed; a green surface does not establish resin chemistry, coating type or precise color matching.
Inspect the finished part for its intended use
Mark drawing tolerances with units and final measurement conditions. Any mechanical, environmental or regulatory requirement needs actual operating conditions and applicable evidence for the selected material and design. Shape alone does not establish allowable load or installation suitability.
Include quantities and requested inspection records. Keep the proposed component scope explicit so quotations cover the actual required parts rather than an assumed assortment or complete assembled product.
