S240301 custom injection molded box-base enquiries use the selected component drawing. The pictured cover has raised sections, three circular openings and mounting points around a stepped perimeter. This three-opening arrangement should be identified explicitly when reviewing a similar cover or base variant.
Geometry to define
Provide the outline and height of the raised sections, the diameter and position of all three openings and the mounting pattern along the edge. Show the space required below the cover and any mating base or internal supports. These interfaces determine the ordered design rather than the general box-base label.
PC is a listed resin option, alongside PA66, PP and ABS. Specify the required grade and color. Polishing, texture, painting and other listed surface treatments need selection for the actual material and visible faces; they are not automatically included together.
Quotation and acceptance
Submit a PDF/CAD drawing with STEP or IGES geometry where available, including revision and quantities. Define inspection requirements for the openings and mounting edge. Any sealing or electrical requirements need separate specifications and evidence for this configuration.
