Stepped parts with threaded connection features
The illustrated aluminum components have raised bosses, mounting holes and stepped or recessed faces. Several shapes are shown, so a CNC profile-part enquiry should identify the particular drawing and supplied pieces required for the order.
Specify the overall geometry, hole positions and thread details from the assembly references. Include mating-part information where it determines the boss position, fitted face or required clearance. Define which surfaces and dimensions need inspection after machining.
Material and finishing brief
6063 and 6061 aluminum are listed material options, with CNC machining available. State the selected alloy and temper together with the operations needed to complete the extrusion-based part. The pictured shapes do not establish a common thread size or one interchangeable component family.
Anodized, oxide and powder-coated finishes can be reviewed for the requested color and surface condition. Mark threads, holes or fitted faces requiring masking. Send quantities and drawing revision so the machining, finishing and acceptance requirements refer to the same selected design.
