Housing section with open access and external fins
The main example has an open side, internal longitudinal channels and fins along the outside. Define the internal envelope, mating cover edges and any end plates in the assembly drawing, including the features that locate internal components.
Model S S2306 lists custom CNC machining aluminum extrusion profiles in 6063 or 6061. Specify the alloy, temper, cut length and machining requirements for each housing section. Anodized, oxide and powder-coated finishes with customized colors are listed options. Include quantities and inspection datums. Confirm covers, end plates and fastening hardware as separate supply items when required; they are not established by the open section photograph.
