Channel and edge details in the colored sections
The examples have broad faces, lengthwise formed features and different colored finishes. Provide the complete cross-section, cut length and mounting interfaces for the selected profile.
The dedicated material field pairs 6063 with T5 and 6061 with T6. Specify one pair for review; a 6082 request needs its own alloy and temper specification rather than being inferred from the title.
Finished-part requirements
Mark any drilled or machined features, with quantities, color reference and surface treatment. Identify inspection dimensions at the channels and working faces. The colors do not verify alloy chemistry or one shared size across the examples.
