A dense fin pattern needs a defined manufacturing route
The illustrated block has many closely spaced fins over a rectangular base. Specify fin height, spacing and thickness together with the contact-face dimensions and overall envelope, so the required design is clear before choosing the manufacturing route.
For an aluminum extrusion enquiry, state the alloy, temper and section length. If the project requires skived fins, identify that requirement explicitly for review; the photograph does not establish how the fins were formed.
Information for the thermal installation
Provide the heat-source footprint, contact condition, mounting arrangement and airflow. Add the thermal performance requirement, finish and inspection dimensions, with quantities and the current drawing revision.
