The example has a repeated parallel-fin pattern above a flat lower plate. Define fin height and spacing, base thickness and the region that contacts the heat source or mounting assembly.
For a 6000-series aluminum extrusion enquiry, identify the alloy, temper and section drawing. Set the fin layout and base geometry for the intended installation, then specify any secondary milling or drilling needed at the contact and mounting areas.
Machining, finish and thermal requirements
Provide cut length, quantities and any mounting holes or machined faces. State the anodizing specification and dimensional inspection criteria. Similar finned plates do not independently establish a different profile size, and the photograph does not verify cooling capacity under any installation condition.
