Round mounting face with recessed holes
The example is a circular plate with recessed fixing holes around the outer area and a smaller center hole. Define the diameter, thickness and hole pattern from the center reference. Specify recess depth and the face that seats against the adjoining part.
Model Dmetal-200389 lists aluminum alloy CNC milling, turning and drilling, customized size and anodizing options. Supply the alloy, quantities and PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP drawings. For a marine mounting enquiry, include the mating component and service conditions. Agree the finish and inspection dimensions; the photograph does not establish a standard pad diameter or rated mounting load.
