Stepped sleeve profile and side-hole alignment
The examples have narrower necks above wider bases, with side holes and internal openings. Some bases are round and others have faceted outer faces. Select the outline required and dimension the bore, side opening and seating surfaces together.
Model 2012 lists aluminum alloy CNC parts, with steel among the available machining materials. Specify the grade and any turning, milling or drilling requirements in PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP drawings. MOQ 100 is listed. For an aluminum part, define the requested anodized finish; for steel, agree a treatment appropriate to that grade. Include quantities and inspection requirements after finishing.
