Ribbed housing and cover geometry
The examples show cylindrical housings with external ribs, a large open end and circular covers with central features and fastening points. Provide the housing and cover drawings together where they form a mating pair. Dimension the central openings, locating shoulders, fixing pattern and clearance to adjacent components.
For ABS, nylon or glass-fiber-reinforced plastic enquiries, identify the exact compound and any reinforcement requirement. PA66, PP, ABS and PC appear among the material options; reinforcement type and percentage need to be specified for the selected design. Sample color does not establish the polymer composition.
State quantity per item, surface appearance and the assembly features requiring inspection. If bearings, inserts or other hardware are required, list them separately so the quotation scope is clear. The pictured circular inserts do not by themselves establish that companion hardware is included or that the housing has a tested environmental rating.
