Oval profiles with ribs and through-holes
The samples show oval mounting profiles with round openings, recessed areas and raised rectangular features. Define the opening centers, outer profile and the surfaces that locate the component. Indicate which face contacts the mating part.
For a nylon enquiry, specify PA6, also called nylon 6, or PA66 as the required material; list any reinforcement or other compound requirement separately. The sample color and shape do not identify its resin grade.
Large or thick-section requirements
Provide the actual overall dimensions and wall-section details when the project calls for a large or thick molded part.
