A mounting ledge beside fins above and below the base
The illustrated section combines parallel fins with an exposed flat area containing fixing holes. Define the full cross-section, including the upper and lower fin envelopes, and locate the mounting ledge from the heat-source contact surface.
For a custom aluminum heat sink enquiry, state the selected 6061 or 6063 alloy and temper, cut length and any required machining. Identify the surface treatment and the condition needed at the mating interface.
