Open frame with several machining faces
The illustrated frame has a central open cavity, reinforcing ribs, large circular openings in the side faces and smaller fixing holes. Define the relationship between these faces in the drawing so the openings and mounting pattern share clear reference datums.
Model 2401 lists aluminum alloy CNC machining, milling, turning and drilling, with MOQ 100 pieces. Submit the alloy, quantities and PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP drawings. Identify internal access requirements, bore fits and surfaces to be inspected after finishing. Any turned features should be marked separately from the milled frame geometry.
