A hollow enclosure section with exterior fins
The dark profile example has a large open interior, locating grooves and fins around portions of the outside. Define the usable internal space and end-panel interfaces together with the exterior dimensions, so the enclosed component and mounting arrangement can be reviewed as one assembly.
The dedicated material field lists 6063-T5 and 6061-T6 as options. Specify the required alloy and temper as a pair rather than treating the conditions as interchangeable. Include profile length, cut-end details and any drilling or CNC machining.
LED installation requirements
Provide the heat-source layout, electrical-clearance and environmental requirements for the actual project. State the finish, quantities and inspection points; the sample does not establish a rated LED power or enclosure protection level.
