Fins above a broad mounting plate
The dark component has a rectangular fin array, a flat border and fixing holes near its perimeter. Define the base reference face, hole pattern and fin position, including the clear mounting space outside the finned region.
For an aluminum extrusion enquiry, state the alloy, temper and cross-section. The retained sand-casting and CNC field does not independently confirm the process used for the example.
Machined contacts and anodizing
Identify any base or hole machining and the surfaces to mask before finishing. Provide quantities, anodizing requirements and dimensional inspection criteria. State the thermal conditions for the actual assembly if performance needs verification; the plate shape does not establish a tested heat-sink rating.
