Dimension the overall width and height, wall thicknesses, internal openings and required cut length. Include any end machining or attachment features, with references that relate the internal geometry to the fitted outer faces.
Material and finished condition
6063-T5 and 6061-T6 are the listed alloy and temper options. State the required combination and identify the cutting, drilling or CNC operations needed to supply the finished component. Provide mating-part information wherever it determines clearance or alignment.
