Define the pointed component through its broad end, long handle and handle opening. The green and black examples also show serrated-looking edges near the broad region. Their appearance provides a form reference, but does not establish food or gardening approval, cutting ability or a particular polymer grade.
Dimension the shaped end from the handle
Provide sections, edge profiles and the actual opening geometry on controlled drawings. Identify contact surfaces and any adjoining parts that affect installation or use. Specify the intended function rather than deriving it from a scoop-like outline, and distinguish different configurations with individual item references.
Select the exact polymer and treatment
Nylon, PP, PE and ABS are separate material directions. State the actual formulation, required condition and supporting records for the chosen order. Select a compatible polished, textured, painted or other surface requirement individually; the general treatment menu is not proof that every polymer receives or supports every listed finish.
- Reference each pointed handle component and revision.
- Dimension the broad end, edges and handle opening.
- Select actual resin grade and supplied condition.
- Define color reference and compatible surface finish.
- Agree dimensional checks and intended-use evidence.
Inspect the finished working surfaces
Define allowable variation at the broad end, serrated edge profile and handle opening, stating units and the finished condition for inspection. If the component has mechanical, environmental or contact-material requirements, provide actual service conditions and applicable acceptance methods. Shape or color alone establishes neither allowable load nor grade-specific performance.
Include PDF/CAD or IGES/STEP geometry, quantities and required material or inspection records. Keep the actual component and its intended acceptance scope explicit when comparing molding proposals.
