Select the cross-section for the project
The retained photograph shows a hollow section with external fins. A T-slot frame, U-channel or railing enquiry needs its own section drawing and mating-part details; the pictured housing section does not specify the geometry of those other profiles.
State the required alloy and temper together, including 6063-T5 or 6061-T6 where applicable to the design. Provide cut lengths, end conditions and any drilling or CNC-machined locating features.
Assembly and finishing scope
Define the finish and contact areas, quantities and inspection requirements. For a railing project, include the assembly arrangement and applicable design requirements for review rather than assuming a load rating from a profile photograph.
