Slots and hollow chambers around a central opening
The cut-end view shows an approximately square section with outer slots, internal chambers and a central shaped opening. Provide the actual profile drawing rather than deriving dimensions or slot standards from the photograph.
Profile production and machining
For a 6063 aluminum extrusion request, state the alloy condition and required route. The retained sand-casting and CNC parameter does not confirm extrusion for this example. Define any end machining, bores or fixing holes separately.
Include cut length, quantities, finish and the mating hardware geometry. Mark inspection dimensions for the slots and central opening. The image does not establish a nominal profile size, load capacity or compatibility with a particular framing system.
