Closely spaced fins along an elongated base
The example has a long rectangular base with many upright fins. Define the base outline, contact-face requirement and fin dimensions, including the gaps needed for the planned airflow and surrounding components.
Specify the custom profile
For a 6063 aluminum extrusion enquiry, provide the required temper and section length. Identify mounting holes or contact areas needing secondary machining, with the anodizing specification and any surface conditions to control separately.
Include the heat-source position, fastening arrangement and thermal design requirement. Quantities, inspection dimensions and a drawing revision define the scope for the selected component rather than the photograph alone.
