Identify the component within the example range
The photographs show small finned sections, including parts with drilled features and machined contact areas. Select the required component on a drawing and dimension its base, fin arrangement and fastening interfaces.
For a 6082 or 6063 aluminum profile enquiry, state the required alloy and temper explicitly. Define the material condition separately for each component if the project includes several section types, distinguishing the continuous section geometry from machined features.
Machining information beyond the section
Provide cut length, hole depths and any surfaces requiring CNC machining. Add the finish, quantities, mating-part geometry and inspection criteria, with a separate drawing reference for each component requested.
Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
