An extended ledge beside the finned region
The illustrated section has deep parallel fins and a flat area extending beyond the fin field. Define the ledge width, the base and fin dimensions and the faces that connect to the surrounding installation.
For a 6063 T5 aluminum extrusion enquiry, specify the required material condition on the drawing along with the section length. Identify mounting holes, end features or contact areas requiring secondary machining.
