A central fixing strip between the fins
The example has parallel fins arranged on either side of a central strip with a row of holes. Dimension the strip width and fixing-hole pattern from the contact-face references, with the fin spacing and full base outline.
Specify the section and finished interfaces
For a custom aluminum extrusion enquiry, state the selected alloy and temper, cut length and any machining required around the mounting features. Identify the anodizing specification and contact surfaces that need controlled finish.
Include the fastening method, heat-source footprint and available airflow. Provide thermal requirements, quantities and inspection dimensions for the base and hole positions, using the current component drawing.
