A fixing strip runs through the finned section
The example shows parallel fins interrupted by a flat strip with a row of holes. Dimension that strip and its hole pattern from the base references, with the fin height, spacing and overall contact-face outline.
For a custom 6061 or 6063 aluminum extrusion, state the alloy and temper required by the design. Provide the cut length, secondary-machining details and anodizing or other finish specification.
Information for installation review
Include the heat-source layout, fastening arrangement and airflow conditions. Add thermal requirements and quantities, identifying the inspection dimensions for the mounting strip and contact surface on the current drawing.
