S2306 custom injection molding covers part designs defined by the customer's geometry and assembly requirements. The illustrated examples include open box-like forms, covers and components with mounting holes. PA66, PP, ABS and PC are material options for discussion, with customized size, color and a matte surface finish.
Define the housing and cover relationship
For an S2306 housing or cover, show the mating edges, hole positions and any mounting tabs in the drawing. Identify which surfaces determine closure and which openings must align with the surrounding assembly. The example photographs do not establish a sealing rating, an electrical protection class or a complete enclosure kit, so specify the actual supplied components and functional requirements.
Coordinate molded geometry with the finish
Choose the resin grade for the particular S2306 part rather than assuming PA66, PP, ABS and PC will meet identical conditions. State the intended color reference and identify the visible matte surfaces. If cutting or painting is required after molding, include those operations in the proposed manufacturing scope and define the finished-condition inspection points.
Include the drawing revision, order quantity and applicable material or compliance documents in the quotation request. The precision wording in the original title supplies no dimensional acceptance range. Confirm the critical fits and operating requirements for this housing or mounting component before approving its final configuration.
