The pictured component has a U-shaped channel, recessed inner faces and repeated openings in the side walls. A custom industrial aluminum profile enquiry should dimension the channel and secondary features as one finished part.
Channel and side-wall requirements
Provide the internal width, wall and base dimensions and finished length. Locate the side holes from the faces that establish assembly fit. State any thread, depth or internal step required by the drawing, together with the inspection references for these features.
6063 and 6061 aluminum are listed options, and CNC machining is available. Choose the ordered alloy and temper and specify which operations are needed to finish the profile. Include mating-part geometry where it controls the internal clearance or the position of the side openings.
Surface condition for the finished channel
Anodized, oxide and powder-coated finishes can be reviewed for the required color. Mark fitted faces or threaded features needing masking or dimensional checks after finishing. Quantity and drawing revision should accompany the enquiry so the quotation covers the actual channel, machining and acceptance requirements.
