Select the required slotted section
The gallery illustrates several aluminum extrusion sections with different center openings, internal webs and outer slot layouts. This custom 40x40 profile enquiry should identify the selected section explicitly so that visually similar profiles are not treated as interchangeable.
Provide the cross-section drawing or the approved section reference, nominal size and finished cut lengths. Dimension the slot mouths, internal channels and core features relevant to the connection. Include mating hardware details when they determine the required fit.
Specify the ordered material and work
6063 and 6061 aluminum are listed options. State the required alloy and temper, together with any CNC end work, drilling or other secondary features. Identify dimensional inspection points for the cut and machined component.
Anodized, oxide and powder-coated finishes can be considered for the chosen section and color. The dark appearance in an image does not specify the complete finishing process. Include quantities, drawing revision and any masking instructions so the quotation covers one clearly selected profile and its supplied condition.
