The colored examples are hollow round profiles with internal lengthwise locating features visible at their ends. Define the bore, outer wall and internal channels on the cross-section drawing, including the cut length and mating end components.
Color does not identify the alloy or route
Specify the selected 6061 or 6063 alloy and temper, with extrusion as a requirement if needed. The retained sand-casting and CNC field does not establish the process used for these tubular examples.
Provide the color reference and anodizing specification, quantities and any end holes or machining. Mark dimensions governing the internal fit and outer contact. The assortment does not establish that every color is available for every alloy, nor a verified coating thickness or performance.
