Mounting holes around a flat contact region
The example shows a broad plate with corner fixing holes and fins extending below it. Define the area contacting the LED assembly and the mounting-hole references, including any required machining of the plate surface.
For a custom 6000-series aluminum extrusion, specify the alloy and temper and provide the complete section and cut length. Identify the anodizing requirement, cosmetic areas and any contact surfaces requiring masking or a separate finish condition.
LED installation review
Include the heat-source layout, available fin clearance, airflow and thermal requirements. Add quantities and inspection criteria for the contact region and mounting holes, using the actual LED assembly drawing.
