Identify the actual plastic part required from the assortment before defining the molding request. The image includes a green curved strip, slotted frame and pointed form together with a red channel-like component. Their grouping does not establish a supplied kit, common resin or a shared application and performance requirement.
Give each component its own controlled geometry
Provide sections, openings and mounting interfaces on individual drawings. Identify adjoining parts and any contact, clearance or retention requirements. Use separate item references and quantities for frames, strips or channels so the quotation follows the actual component schedule rather than the photograph arrangement.
Select the material and molded appearance
PA66, PP, ABS and PC are separate material choices. State the exact grade and required condition for each design, with relevant material documentation. Define color reference, matt appearance and any secondary cutting or painting where needed; a visible green or red surface does not establish formulation or treatment chemistry.
Inspect each part for its intended assembly
Mark dimensional tolerances with units and final measurement conditions at the working interfaces. If a component has mechanical, environmental or regulatory requirements, provide actual service conditions and applicable acceptance evidence. Neither shape nor color proves food suitability, load capacity or installation compatibility.
- Select each required frame, strip or channel.
- Reference individual drawings and mating components.
- Specify exact resin grades and supplied conditions.
- Define appearance and any included accessories.
- Agree dimensional checks and required records.
Include quantities and controlled geometry with the enquiry. Keep different designs separately identified so proposals for individual molded parts can be compared against the same supplied scope and acceptance basis.
