Threaded circular geometry
The pictured component has internal threads, a stepped central opening and a ring of smaller drilled holes. A custom electrical-component enquiry should define these mechanical interfaces against the actual assembly drawing, including the thread details and fitted dimensions.
Specify the inner and outer diameters, thread pitch and engagement length, step depths and hole pattern. Mark the surfaces used for locating or mounting and the edges needing deburring.
Material and finish selection
S2308 lists aluminum alloy and custom CNC milling parts. Anodized, oxide or powder-coated surface conditions can be reviewed with the required thread and bore masking. Provide PDF, CAD, IGES or STEP drawings, quantities and revision. The listed minimum order is 100 pieces; include feature-level acceptance requirements for the finished part.
