The pictured selection contains hollow sections, internal webs and open edge channels. Select the cross-section for the window or door project and show its relationship to the adjacent frame, panel and hardware in the assembly drawing.
Section details before machining
Specify overall dimensions, wall thicknesses, channel openings and cut length, with hole positions and end preparation where required. Model S 2301 lists 6063 and 6061 aluminum, machining and customized finishes including anodized or oxide treatments and powder coating. Confirm the alloy, temper, color and quantities for each section. Weather sealing, hardware compatibility and structural performance need project specifications; the photographs alone do not establish them.
Please include the drawing revision, material specification, quantity, critical dimensions, finish and inspection documents needed for your part. Tooling, samples, delivery and any return or remedy arrangements are subject to the agreed order terms.
